Don't you realize that arguing and trying to support your political and religious beliefs gets you nowhere? Why do you have to get so animated and animalisitc over this stuff that means nothing? Political and religion preferences are strictly opinion. Don't you have better things to do than argue every day about the same BS which leads absolutely nowhere? Quit pushing your dogma on people. This nonsense makes you out to look like a bunch of retarded monkeys. Life is short, get laid and die wealthy.

What I'like to see is for American's to see how Canada dealt with the terrorists as opposed to how George W Bush is doing now. We still have a democratic society - will you ?

Canada had a very smart man at the helm - Bush I am not so sure of and all I ask is that you compare one government for another when confronted with terrorisim.

The FLQ was crushed by the then Prime Minister's actions

Me and two guys lived in the same apartment last year until this August. (We're in college.) I have already fulfilled by legal obligations on the lease, the landlord has said that already. But the landlord said he hasn't received the parking pass (he says it's worth $600) from one of my other roommates. Just one, the other has legally fulfilled his obligations too. Now the landlord is saying he won't release our deposit (individually worth $750) until the parking passes are returned. Can the landlord do that? Withhold security deposit for all of us just because of one roommate?

FYI, all three of us signed one lease, three different signatures on one paper. Only ONE parking spot, one pass, and since the two of us didn't have a car, the third roommate (the one who lost the pass, according the landlord) had it. $600 seems very arbitrary to me....

I got robbed yesterday when I took my friends to the train stateion at night. The robbery took my wallet and all my IDs were in there. I cancelled all my credit cards and debt cards. However, I am not sure where should I get my EAC replacement form, do I need to pay 175 dollars again? or I can just get it for free? how long does it normally take to get my new EAC? Thanks

wouldn't that be awesome? Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, John Kerry, Frank Sinatra, and The Queen Mother could do some sort of ritual sacrafice in the background, instead of having a bunch of marines sitting behind him.

I went to Wal-greens the other night and a guy was outside going to everybody's car asking for gas money. He practically stuck his head in my car door as I was getting out. My boyfriend went by the same Walgreens that night and said the same guy approached him too. Two weeks before that I was approached inside a grocery store while buying groceries and a 50-60 year old man asked for money. I believe in helping people but it shouldn't be this way. They need another place to go for help. What can be done about this issue? It is getting to the point I don't even like to go to a gas station at night anymore because of the people that hang around in the parking lot.

We've been over there for over 3 years now. We have succeeded in getting Saddam out of power, and killing his twisted sons and toppling the Baath party. Bush says we went in for that reason, and also to find and destroy the weapons of mass destruction, and says Saddam had links to Al Qaida. There have been no major find of WMD, and no proof that Saddam had anything to do with Al Qaida. I agree with having gone into Afghanistan, to destroy the Taliban and to destroy Bin Laden, but we are barely doing anything over there anymore, and the Taliban is back on the rise. Now we have Iran knocking down the door to Iraq, and threatening the U.S and Isreal with building a nuclear reactor! Plus the Shiites are trying to gain control of Iraq, violence there is at an all time high. Iraq is on the verge of an all out civil war and collapse. Should we stay? Leave? Interfere with Iran? Support Isreal? All of this while North Korea is launching warheads into the sea of Japan? Are we screwed?

I know this may seem like a silly question. I've noticed that people who are opposed to the currently sitting president (whoever that may be, not just G.W.B) like to exlclaim 'the Bush/Clinton/Whoever administration screwed this up!'

Technically, 'administration' should be a fairly neutral word but it appears to have been hijacked by opponents. Why?

From Wikipedia:

I see people on here who say things because i dont think they understand at all. some do, some dont. i think maybe this will help people get a better grip on what we believe in, and see that we arent a group of people who are unpatriotic, hate america, and support terrorism...because that only shows the ignorance a lot of americans have about politics...

Libertarianism is a political philosophy advocating that individuals should be free to do whatever they wish with their person or property, as long as they do not infringe on the same liberty of others. Libertarians hold as a fundamental maxim that all human interaction should be voluntary and consensual. They maintain that the initiation (or threat) of physical force against another person or his property, or the commission of fraud, is a violation of that principle. Some libertarians regard all initiation of force as immoral, whereas others support a limited government that engages in the minimum amount of initiatory force (such as minimal taxation and regulation) that they believe necessary to ensure maximum individual freedom (negative liberty). Force is not opposed when used in retaliation for initiatory aggressions such as trespassing or violence. Libertarians favor an ethic of self-responsibility and strongly oppose the welfare state, because they believe forcing someone to provide aid to others is ethically wrong, ultimately counter-productive, or both.
