I live in the US. If I order something from Europe, then will it show up at my door or will I have to pick it up from the post office? I will probably be using DHL.

Ok,so my gf's parents are really being ridiculous about this....She wants to move out but they will just not allow it...She's almost 19 years old and is miserable,I'd say she's being neglected Emotionally as well....Is there any way I can get a lawyer to grant her to move out without any intrusion by her parents...It seems this is the only way It can happen...I was thinking sort of a 'court ordered,restraining order'....thanks.

I don't support any of the other wars or anything else, but after 9/11 I think something had to be done since the Taliban gave Al Quaeda a free ride to do whatever it wanted there. I don't agree with Iraq, and I am worried about what is going down in North Korea and Iran, but Afghanistan I definately give the thumbs up to. Do you agree with the decision to go in there?

All charges include:
*Marijuana with intent under 1LB
*pills not in proper container (although I have a prescription for all) It was 2differnet types of lithium in 1 container
cracked wid shield ( I was a passenger)
*licesnse plate light being out ( again I was a passenger)

I think they will drop everything but the posession with intent....what do you think? Any advice from ANYONE ESPECIALLY Prosecutors will be helpfull!!

Or why everybody protests against Israel when they attack Lebanon but no one ever protested against Hezbollah's terrorists attacks during all these years?
Or why haven't we seen people marching against the terrorists after 9/11 in other countries in the world?

I live in Latin America and all I see is bashing against Bush and the US, but never anyone saying anything against the terrorists, Saddam, Kadhafi, the Iranian lunatic, Chávez, etc.

Are the cops allowed to weigh marijuana with the bags and charge someone with that amount....or do the have to charge them with just the amount of the marijuan with out the bag included? If the weigh with the bag....can that be dismissed for tamering or some other reason? Thanks

Situation:
Arrested and charged with posssion with intent in Georgia. Also charged with pills not in proper container (had prescription for pills) ....any advice would help my arraignment is on Tuesday!!
