I don't support any of the other wars or anything else, but after 9/11 I think something had to be done since the Taliban gave Al Quaeda a free ride to do whatever it wanted there. I don't agree with Iraq, and I am worried about what is going down in North Korea and Iran, but Afghanistan I definately give the thumbs up to. Do you agree with the decision to go in there?

Yes , I did and I do , but we've lost our way , by being sidetracked with Iraq.
If we had gone after Osoma with every thing we had , we would have cleaned out that nest of vipers in Afghanistan . Our soldiers would be home today and helping secure our borders . And now they have called off searching for him . What were they thinking ?

OH God! how gullible all of u can be! I really don't know what the hell we are doing now in Afghanistan. Don't u understand that the Neocons wanted to change the Taliban Regime and install a puppet Mr. Karzai? We supported the Taliban in the past. We paid them millions of money just to allow us to build oil pipes from Turkmenistan through Afghanistan to Pakistan to the open seas. Taliban rejected our offer and suddenly has become our enemy. Just because Taliban hosted Bin Laden, we invaded the country, killed lots of Afghanistanis, spent billions of dollars and sacrificed some of our troops. Does this make any sense? Our constitution states that we can military retaliate or invade other countries if we get attacked by that country. Bush twisted the facts around and decided on his own that any country harbors a terrorist, we should attack as well. In this case, let's invade the whole world as terorists are in every single country on this earth. Taliban (Afghanistan) did not attack us. By the way, I am a good Christian all-American man and don't give a damn about Muslims and hate terrorism. But, I guess I am more informed than you are.

Yes,I completely agree with the rest of you statements in the question as well.Wining a war against a 3rd world power,Iraq was easy, nation building,is problematic at best.I lost friends in the 9-11 attack, and Bin Laden still needs to be brought to justice.Saddam was Bush Sr issue, not W's.

Yes, I agreed with the decision to go into Afghanistan. That's where Al Qaeda and Bin Laden were. We had a good chance to stop it there; but the Bush administration was so focused on Iraq that they pulled needed troops out of Afghanistan to mobilize into Iraq.

Sure. I would be down for the program, if he would get off'n his a** and get Osama bin Laden. That was the mastermind of 9/11 and we haven't touched him yet. I think we should load up 4 767 jets full of fuel and loaded with conventional explosives, aim it at where Osama is and shove those planes in every crevice that man has on his body. For the detailists, the planes can be rigged up to be flown by remote control.

Definitely, because we had two main objectives: overthrow the Taliban and capture Osama. I bet you if we hadn't be in Iraq now we'd be controlling Afghanistan and might've captured Osama and/or some of his Al-Qaeda henchmen.

I agree with you as you've stated it.
When we invaded Iraq, I saw Iran as being in a vise.
No it looks like they are getting ready to close the vise.
