i mean i did everything i could and now we are apart from each other ,,,,,, what should i do ,,,i made the interview and everything and they send my case to greece why? any one can help?

If you would tell the whole, true story, maybe someone could give you more information, but I can tell you that if your US consular section that interviewed you sent your case to Greece, they did so because that's where the regional DHS office is that is probably going to review your file for revocation.

Bottom line, the interviewing officer did not believe you.

By the way, there is no such thing as "marriage citizenship" and there is no category of US immigration that is on hold.

I think that they haven't sent you your visa beause everything got very strict after the nine eleven attack. Plus immigration services are backed up about 5-6 years right now.

You don't automatically get a VISA when you marry a US citizen. You must show good cause and wait in line.

Buddy right now the anglo Americans don’t want foreigners in the country. That is unless they are blond and blue. If you can make a living where you're at, move your wife there with you. I think you will be happier.

Im still waiting for my canadian visa. I live with my hubby in Canada but cant work or go to school. the govt is a slow slow beast

it takes along time as you have to go through alot of red tape,,they check you out thoroghly

Problem solved.

But don't expect her to walk behind you.
