I got robbed yesterday when I took my friends to the train stateion at night. The robbery took my wallet and all my IDs were in there. I cancelled all my credit cards and debt cards. However, I am not sure where should I get my EAC replacement form, do I need to pay 175 dollars again? or I can just get it for free? how long does it normally take to get my new EAC? Thanks

you need to go to your nearest immigration office and fill out the proper paperwork, you will have to pay again for a new card and they will probably give you a replacement card while you wait for the new card in the mail. this usually takes about 2 to 3 months. you can go to www.uscis.gov for more info

I've had the same problem - a working UK VISA credit card registered with Google Wallet suddenly declined payments. I removed it and got the authorisation error when I tried to re add it. I tried to add a MasterCard from a different UK bank, but that wouldn't authorise either. Both cards work fine elsewhere, and the issuing banks say there is no problem their end. I contacted Google Wallet support and have had emails from 5 different support staff. The first one said it was a known bug, but the others don't seem to have a clue.

I think you have to pay to replace your EAC and now it's $180.
There is the site: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-765.htm

Also it takes 3 months after the fingerprinting.
