I saw this question by our beloved john skerry http://answers.yahoo.com/question/;_ylt=AoPvjaPRUfoxx7S6dZyoWTNIzKIX?qid=20060806141137AAqaNWD and he claims 75% of the military fighting force is conservative. He got his information from this article http://www.armytimes.com/story.php?f=1-292925-383722.php, if you read the article, it was done on a survey where they based their results on about 4,000 who responded to the survey. Now I know our military is much larger than 4,000 soldiers, I'm not sure where skerry was going with this. Out of personal experience in the Military, I've seen 9 soldiers who went awol/desertion and all 9 were registered Republicans, should I say all Republicans/Conservatives are deserters because of these 9? How can John Skerry say the same out of a 4,000 soldier survey when our military force is in the hundreads of thousands range?

By supporting Bushs' war in Iraq,which has bred thousands of new terrorist for us to worry about.This war has sucked millions upon millions of Dollars from our country.This money would be better spent protecting our porous borders,checking cargo coming into the country,securing nuclear plants,chemical plants and other key targets.Why do we need to be in Iraq?Didn't we come in friendship,to topple Saddam?No WMDs,so they were no threat to us.We don't need to export "democracy",ours isn't in to great of shape.We aren't the worlds policeman.If we came to liberate the Iraqs,why do they keep killing us?they see us as an invader now.This war makes our country MUCH LESS safe.don't you think? or should I say "can you think" Our current war mongering leaders can't seem to.Find and fight our real enemys,remeber,Iraqis arent supposed to be our enemys,they wernt the terrorists!where is Osama,and his bunch?watch now,as republicans call dems. weak on terror,as the reps.are in fact supporting it!

ok, so i know why they are picketing, but i mean come on, do they really think picketing is gonna stop everyone from buying cheap food, clothes, etc... the fact of the matter is that they are fighting the wrong people, (the buyers) when in fact they should be fighting the people who work there. i mean think about it, if you took away the employee's, then what is wal-mart to do? cave in to the demands of the employee's, duh. as far as the buyers, or consumers, heck, im sorry about thier healthcare, etc... but i need to save my cash just as much as the next guy, and wal-mart is the place to shop.

The reason i ask is that i was charged with a DWI, i had returned home after about two hours being out. I was invited to breakfast, and went back out where i was subsequently arrested. In between, i had brushed my teeth and rinsed with mouthwash. I hadn't considered these as a factor until someone mentioned it. My breathalizer test registered a .22, which seemed absurdly high.

We know that financially, the money is put towards the candidate from the parts with the highest probability of winning. What can we do to get multiple candidates per party? Limit campaign finance so they can afford more? What's your solution. (Think of how different things would have been if we had been able to choose between McCain AND Bush years ago instead of having either or.)

I mean, the flag in those pictures of Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong is rippling in the wind, and everyone knows that there is no atmosphere on the moon. And no atmosphere means no breeze.

Y: Well, as you can imagine, the folks who came up with the idea of taking an American flag to the moon were aware that unless they rigged something up, the flag would just hang there. So they built a special flagpole expressly for the purpose of making the flag appear to fly.
