No, "Israel" has no right to Palestine. At all. The entire concept of Israel for the so called "Jews" argument is false. The Zionists that are in control in "Israel" are not Jews, but Atheists. Any true Torah believing Jew does not stand with or for Israel and knows that the entire concept of the religious state is wrong. The problem is that now that "Israel" is well formed, it is impossible to totally give all land back to the Palestinians. I do agree that they are there illegally (Israel). What is needed is simple, basic human rights and control of their own land. The Palestinian people are severely oppressed by a horrible military regime (Zionist Israeli government) and cannot stay jailed behind walls and be expected to be happy about it. While there is illegal occupation of Palestinian lands, peace will never exist.

They prepare systematic ethnic cleansing against the Palestinians, killed over a million,3 hundred Palestinians and destroyed over 20,000 residences in under 3 weeks. They proceed to devote one bloodbath after the different...if that isn't terrorism, i do no longer understand what that's anymore..

Golly they should just leave then, and the palestinians would be happy and peaceful, right? Well, Ehud Barak offered Arafat return of 97% of the occupied territories and all kinds of conessions to create a palestinian homeland. Arafat walked out on the deal. Frankly- he had to, as if he accepted it his people would have killed each other in a civil war. Because- he never prepared them for peace- only for war.
In fact- one year ago Israel did just that. The pulled out of Gaza. Yup... no longer occupied it. Take it, it's yours. They asked nothing in return. What did the palestinians do? (do you know?? Did they build roads, schools, business and government? No- they constructed a 300m tunnel in order to smuggle suicide bombers into Israel and built munitions factories.
Israel doesn't want to occupy anything- they want peace and security- which they're fighting for every day.

They don't have the right to occupy Palestine. UN Resolution 242, passed in 1967, told them to leave the territories they occupied during the 1967 war. However, they have not withdrawn from those territories to this day.
