is the court hearing recorded by the judge?
Is there a law that every court hearing should be recorded for future use if something wasn't correct or truthful during a court proceeding?

All other immigrants that came to this country had to go through processes to become citizens. they were tested for diseases, criminal history, had to take classes and pass tests,and wait on visas. people from other countries continue to do this yet primarily mexicans think they are above doing all this and should have citizenship handed to them. so again what makes them so special as to expect this?

My ex hasn't seen the kids in over 2 years. He is self-employed and doesn't pay a dime. He is scheduled to pay under $300 for both kids. If I reopen my case with the DA and modify the amount how can I get more? I have a husband who pays for everything and I am a stay at home mom, but the "birth father" should be the one to support his kids.

Micheal more has completely murdered any hope of the next generation thinking, researching, or learning on thier own. I feel sorry for the unfortunate souls that rely on the biased liberal media preying on the minds of the young. I feel awful about the adults that listen to propoganda vs actually taking time to research. Screw all of you dumb @ss Liberals that would rather blame Bush for the weather than take some of the blame themselves (just look over clintons reign and youll see what i am talking about)

I keep seeing these adds about the US Postal Service hiring. But when you call they want $99.50 for the study materials which they claim is refundable when you pass. I asked a couple of people that work in a post office about this ad and they have never heard of it or had no idea if it was legitimate or not. Does anybody know?

Please post everything that you find untrue in this video with sources. Otherwise, you have no reason to post any Bush loving nonsense. I know it's hard for some of you to believe but.... our President and your TV lied to you. I know, I know, you could never believe it in a million years but, it's true. Post your sources to disprove this video........ can you? I know being woken up suddenly can be traumatic for some of you and you get grumpy. A lot of anti-war people on here make the arguement that Bush is going into Iraq to steal thier oil. But in other questions, I noticed these were the same people who said "USA had secret oil deals with saddam".
soooo.. if Bush was having secret oil deals with saddam, then why would he have needed to invade Iraq for the oil?

doesnn't really make sense. And I am sure if this was a war for oil, then the news medias like CNN would be all over it trying to prove we are stealing oil from Iraq.

Since you are just so "me vale verga" about the true negative impact that illegal immigration has in our nation (yes, I know, you get your lawn mowed cheaply, but you fail to realize that when Julio chops off his toe with the mower, you and I end up paying the hospital bill), surely you will have the morals and principles to pony up and pay the taxes that will be required to pay the newly minted legalized criminals their earned income credit?

and you told him to MOVE a semi truck was bearing down on him, would his race or ethinic background, or his economic standing in society, or his education level i.e. some high school or some college, would any of this have any effect on whether or not he would move out of the way?
i mean just because he was say...Black would that make it impossible for him to move out of the way? or would his economic status or his education level cause him to just sit there?
ok obviously not these wouldnt have a thing to do with him moving out of the path of coming devastation. but what if he didnt move? if he got hit and was paralyzed or almost killed should we feel sorry for him? I mean you said move! how hard is it to move out of the way? or should because he is of a certain race or social background on that basis alone then we should feel sorry for them? that is insanity!
obviously im referring to Katrina. 25,000 people refused to evacuate and then suffered why then should we feel sorry
