gross sexual imposition means the person used force or drugged somebody and touched them. Touching of the vaginal area, rectum, breast(female) or thighs. It only involves touching of the outside above mention areas. Most states it is felony. Most states have lesser charge called sexual imposition, in which force or intoxicating were not involved.
