I think the first three are US Navy, US Marine Corps, and US Coast Guard respectively, whereas I have no clue about the last two. I'm making certificates for people and want to get it right. Thank you.

NJROTC is Navy Junior ROTC (* officer training corp.) or New Jersey ROTC, and the last one I don't know. You are right about the first 3. Try going to the United States Armed Forces website and see if you can find out from there.
