"Ahmadinejad has shocked the West with his calls for Israel to be "wiped off the map." He and Chavez established a warm rapport when the Venezuelan leader visited Tehran last month.

Chavez, a robust ex-paratrooper, has courted other anti-U.S. leaders from Belarus to Cuba in recent months as he tries to build a broad global coalition against "imperialism.""

Both are menacing, but neither has enough real power to do much harm to us. (unless Iran builds a bomb.)

Ahmadinejad and Iran are a bigger threat mainly because the US is hated in the Islamic world and Iran has such a major influence in that sphere. Chavez and Argentina are like Castro in Cuba, one fish in a pond. The rest of South America is in the US camp and come the next Argentine administration they will probably fall back in line also.

Chavez.. I agree that Bush is making enemies universally. We are the ones caught in the middle.

We buy more oil from Venezuela.

We are like a cornered animal. Sooner or later we will have to use those nukes, because everywhere I turn somebody is plotting to bring America down, ALL BECAUSE OF THE GUN TOTING COWBOY FROM Crawford, Texas.

Hmmmm, neither. We can take them both out with ease. Remember what Reagan did to Kadaffi of libya, we bomb their mansions and they shut the 4uk up and become good citizens.

That would depend on what you consider "US" interests.
It's not like we all think the same way :)

Some would say Bush is a greater threat than both of them.
Some would say God is.
Some would say NAMBLA is.
Some would say obesity is.
