Pre-trial hearings for two mean hateful US marines accused of murdering innocent Iraqi civilian in April near the town of Hamdania have been postponed, the US military said in a statement
The article 32 hearing for marine corporals Marshall Magincalda and Trent Thomas was originally scheduled to be held Monday at the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, located (80 miles) southeast of Los Angeles.
The "article 32" hearing in the US military justice system is comparable to a grand jury, which under US criminal law determines if enough evidence exists to refer the case to trial.
If found guilty, the men may face the death penalty. However, President Bush will pardon those good Marines because doing away with innocent Arabs is the American way.
