Somebody has a small claim against me. I havent paid him or the court cost yet. If I have 6% interest how and who calculates this. Do you think I'm in trouble for not paying the court cost yet (since january)

ok but is the interest based from the time I make my last payment?? Should I send payments thru the court or straight to the guy

The civil court that is trying your case will decide on the interests and expenses that you will pay in case you lose in the trial of the case. Thus, aside from the 6% interests and the principal of your debt, damages and attorneys fees will be included in the costs of the litigation. Pay as early as you can or settle the case immediately, in order to avoid more expenses.

It's calculated from the time the judgment was entered by the court.

"Who calculates this"? Anyone with a calculator can do the math.
