Hearing delayed for illegal immigrant suspected in killing of elderly woman


A preliminary hearing for a man accused of murdering his elderly neighbor was continued to Tuesday in Metro's General Session's court.

Ivan Moreno, 30, who is believed to be an illegal immigrant from Mexico, is accused of killing beating and choking his 74-year-old next-door neighboor.

Moreno told investigators that he struck Mary Sadler after he went to her house to get money, police said.

He is charged with criminal homicide, two counts of assaulting a police officer during his arrest and a domestic assault charge that police said was given after he threatened to kill his wife if she cooperated with authorities.

Federal immigration officials have placed a hold on Moreno in the Metro Jail.

Upon closer examination of the situation and incomplete police report, it's clear that Laura may have done it on purpose. Regardless of her intent, she successfully covered up the whole thing, until the year 2000 when it was forced into the public eye via the Freedom of Information Act.

Mrs. Bush ran stop sign in fatal crash
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - Details in a 1963 accident report say that Laura Bush, then 17, ran a stop sign in the Texas crash that killed a friend in another car. The report, adding information to previous reports of the crash, was released to The Associated Press on Wednesday.

I have been on line with them ( Message Boards from the Iraqi area ) and I believe I can take my cameras and get an understanding with them and to show them how everyday Americans are so I may be able to tone down their hate. After all back in the 80s I used to deal with the Iraqi people when I worked for the DOD. The Iraqi people are good people and I believe they are "Still" good people. I have the money and the time so should I go to Iraq? Of course I will take some pictures of the USA military to show how wrong we are to be in that part of the country. After all 63% of Americans are against the war. If and when I'm on CNN news I'll yell out "I'm Erudite!" So keep a watch out for me. Wish me well.

Should it at least be outlawed on state flags. Since the Confederate flag is a symbol of southern secession, which was an illegal act and a symbol of many racist atrocities, be banned from state flags and/or flying over state capitols? Isn't it a symbol of treason and evil? Don't give me any of that southern pride **** because there are plenty of black people who are proud of the 'dirty south' and their southern heritage and they are flying the bars and stars.

Every storm that enters the gulf is seen as possibly the "worst storm in history". You see reports acting as if they are blown down by wind with people walking calmly behind them. I believe this is the cause of the loss of life in Katrina. No one bought the BS. They have heard it too many times. As a 25 year plus resident of the coast I have heard this many times and never before left. I was one of the lucky. My entire family and I are safe and alive. Many are not. I will only leave if another storm exceeds category 3.

To make a long story short, I work in a hospital & was going up a stairwell when I ran into a stack of heavy duty corner bead (used on corners when plastering walls) . A contractor doing work on the hospital layed it down extending out over the stairs & acrossed & blocking the next set down. Only I was coming up the stairs & ran my head right into them & knocked em down. I may have looked to grab my wallet outta my purse, but security is not happy whatever the case may be. They said theres no reason those idiots should have left them there. All of this was caught on the security tape. I was only treated by the employee nurse. Which was fine, but now it seems to be that I am going to have a nice scar there. I have very good complexion & no scars on my face, I am going to be furios if it leaves one. SO MY QUESTION IS. Do I have a case? If I end up with a scar from an injury, do to their neglegence can I sue them?

Every friend of mine that ever believed in this stuff has eventually admitted to me he/she reads klan propaganda and hates jews (something they always love to deny).

yes with such a low job approval rating and all the bad press the republicans are getting now wont matter in the big show off nov 2007

see 6 months before the election somthing will happen that will shed favorable light to the republican party and will be the distacting point during the close pole count were we will learn that after a recount of balotts an other consiricy has emerged and the democrats will be the propritors and plauge that administration with controvercy so that all information on the investigations of the bush administration will be tainted from the start and puts a republican back in office 2012 a clear victory for thier party and absolution from all crimes commited by the bush administation.

if this conspirisy theory proves out we are more far gone than anyone would ever admit and it would be a bad day or all .
