If the court sent anything to your ex, the court believes she has a right to see it. If your lawyer sent her anything, you need to find out if the court ordered them to. If not, you can file a compliant for violation of confidentiality.

Once a divorce is finalized, any papers not regarding your ex will not be sent to them. It would be similar to a court sending your papers to a random person in the city you live in.

No. Unless they have some bearing on that person...the court should not release any information to them.

If you are talking about accidentally mailed documents to an old address.....sure it happens all the time.
