Japan is allied with USA,Australia,S.Korea, New Zealand. This alliance was formed in the 1950's to counter USSR and china. The Japanese military uses mainly American gear which they build under license. There ties to us are very deep.

yep the USA for sure the dont have a big and strong enough military to protect them from the chinese and the north koreans and USA has a military base in there so it would be allied with the USA

The US maintains two major naval bases in Japan (Yokosuka and Sasebo), and at least one Air Force base (Kadena), in addition to the large USMC presence in Okinawa. We have a treaty to defend Japan in exchange for use of these bases.

japan dosnt have a big milatary ever sence perl harber. but the USA will protect them so i guess thats an allince but im not shure about north korea or china

I'm in Japanland right now. It is allied with Chinaland and UsaLand.
Why? Because Japanlandians need the spices from the Chinalanders and the stones from the USaLand to make their favorite treat, spicy rocks.
I think I'll have a spicy rock right now!
