Like, my friends asked me, like I'm a lawyer, yeah right, but if they were at an apartment and someone was smoking weed and they weren't, if the cops came in, could they be charged with any crime? Same for drinking. They both are 20, but if they weren't drinking and others were, would anything happen to them? Any ideas?

In The War On Drugs, We've Heard The Expression
"Gateway Drug"
Loosely Translated :
Smoking Marijuana Will Lead To Harder Drug Abuse

In The ILLEGAL Immigration Debate
We Hear That It Is Merely A "Civil Offense"
If An Individual ILLEGALLY Crosses The Border

But That Inevitably Leads To More, Serious Offenses
ie: Forged Fraudulent Documents (Felony) For Instance

My Question:

Is ILLEGAL ENTRY To Our Nation
A "Gateway Offense" ??

Like the tsunamis, we are still so technically inadequate with something like this, but governments get blamed for no warning systems. Another good example is a tornado, you cannot detect them, or predict where they will touch down each time!

Isn't this a stupid question? It's like. Why are there morons? Why are there Bush supporters? Why are there racists? Why do people kill people? If they wanted to know the truth they wouldn't ask such stupid questions. They always put comments like mine here in the detail. I come across these and wonder if they are morons, until I see the details here, and realise that it's not a question, it's a political insult, or statement. Insults and name calling serve no purpose, and then they wonder why people hate each other. It's because they call each other names like morons. I mean didn't it make you mad when I said "all those morons" in this statement. Like I'm insulting those poeple. I said morons just to show that these questions are silly.

Federal assistance programs because we have American citizens who do those things? What makes them think that has any bearing on the fact THEY are here illegally? The USA will handle our internal problems with our citizens, we should not have to deal with anyone who is not suppose to be here.

one of the main argument of the anti-immigrants its that they are taking our jobs however the latest statics had reveal that demographics are proving this to be wrong , i would like to remind u something ..... mister president how can u say that it is a good thing to send our jobs over sea ??? mmm well it is a good thing .....lets go back to where we were ..... latest statics had reveal the undocumented immigrants unlike the anti-immigrants usually talk about whit out studying the real fatcs usually compete whit each other instead of competing whit the Americans . second the immigrants had usually taken the jobs which the Americans had left , this started since ww2 when blacks and some white americans decided not to comeback to the fields or to the same they had done before but to better their lives by trying something else . i would like to add that most people i know from new orleans had decided not to comeback because they did not have jobs before

The illegal alien who come north used to be regarded as sellouts or deserters in Mexican society. Now, they're heroes praised by Mexican President Vicente Fox for the money they inject into that faltering economy. 'Mexico is a failing society that stays afloat by exporting human capital. If you shut that border down, in five years you'd have a revolution, because Mexico can't meet the aspirations of its own people.'"

It's not that challenging for a criminal to go down to the ghetto, purchase a throw away gun, kill someone, dispose of the gun. Any true criminal isn't going to be effected by this bill, it is simply going to raise prices for gun manufacturers and also consumers. It would seem it is designed to make it impractical for any non criminal to own a gun..
