If the relationship was not already in place, the attorney is ethically required to withdraw from representation.

And that applies whether you are also in love with the attorney or not.

It depends if you love your attorney back, and if your careers are compatible.

If the love your attorney has for you is affecting his ability to properly represent you then maybe, yes.

the key is are you in love with your attorney? if so have him find another attorney to represent you and date other wise loose him but be careful depending on what type of attorney he is as to how to loose....

Being in love is not a reason tobe disbarred by the Bar Assn.

You can decide after he wins your case. Maybe he will not charge you.
