"In order to rightly comprehend a thing, inquire first into the names, for rightful knowledge of things depends upon their names.”

You have been deceived and betrayed! Suffice it to say that you have been swindled, out of nothing less valuable, than your birthright and your sovereignty... simply through the largely overlooked, corruption of your name.

Your name is a legal expression of who you are. How it is written has legal and lawful significance. “John Henry Doe” signifies a true name written in accordance with the rules of English grammar and prescriptions of law, “JOHN HENRY DOE,” on the other hand, does not. A harmless variant of the original? Just for clarity or readability?

its not like he is an all powerful dictator. we have a system of checks and balances so that the president doesn't have complete power. if congress really thought we needed to be out of iraq, we would be out of iraq. Bush doesn't have the power to use all of the earths resources unsustainably. that is done by the people of our country. my point is that Bush is not at fault for everything that people blame on him. i even heard of people blaming hurricane katrina happening because of him. people say that bush didn't get supplies down to New orleans fast enough. how is that his fault. does anyone really think bush was talking to fema people say "lets make the people of new orleans suffer a bit longer" NO Way would anyone do that.

In Question #7 the form asks for a 'verifiable address in India'? What address do I put in there? We currently live in the States (I am a Green card holder). Should I put my parents' address in India (it's the same address on my Indian passport?). In Question #14 I assume I put my passport details in. What is required for proof of residence?? Is this proof of residence for an Indian residence or for our residence in the States?

Also, I'm confused as to whether we have to send in my husband's original US passport or a copy?

Thanks

I just got my letter of denial today. I know that now I'm "supposed" to get a lawer to fight the decision.

What exactly will a lawer do that makes them change their mind? Do they fill out forms, or testify, or what....?

Once she got her Conditional Residency Card vaild 2 years, then she showed her TRUE CHARACTER, MEAN, NASTY , SELFISH , a BAR FLY & ran off to her SECRET LOVER. She applied to the INS to REMOVE the Condition so she could become a PERMENANT RESIDENT & she has no PROOF to show that she lived with me, such as bills, or lease or anything in both our names . I REPORTED her to the INS & told them how she played me for the Green Card . Now, we are in DIVORCE & she is looking for another American to marry so she could get her way with the INS when she applies again under a second marriage. Would she be denied the VISA through my marriage & would she get it , if she marries again a U.S. Citizen ? I know i was a FOOL to marry her (ENOUGH & all my friends told me so), so don't say it. JUST PLEASE GIVE ME UR OPINION & ADVICE !!! Thank u

one of my friends was in trouble... in his life, he has no place to stay...he has no life to live and nothing to look forward to in life.. i started hanging out with him... we both have interest in cars... so I started fixing my car over at this place he's renting... I would take him to hang out with my friends.. parties and all... usually we all ride in all our cars to parties.. but one night we decided to leave the cars parked in a secured area and just ride in one car.. cause of the gas and distance.... the next day... my car comes up missing.. I call around the other guys.. or if my family has the car... but nothing comes up.. so I report it stolen... with cops and the insurance... then 2 days later... the insurance co.. wants to talk to my dad about my car accident... which is weird cause I dont have the car... it turns out my friend"borrowed my car" got in an accident... and just so he wouldnt get arrested for it used my insurance/my dad's... now the insurance is investigating me

Is it possible to have a legitimate issue with immigrants/immigration/US government without being labled a racist? Believe it or not I am looking at immigration from a completely non-racial-biased view. I am looking at the impact economically for both the government and already established citizens. What are your thoughts?
