It didn't work to offer a $25,000,000 reward for Osama Bin Laden. At least it hasn't worked for the last 5 years.

No the dead part wouldn't fly in most cases. Society isn't what it used to be in the old days. In the past you were allowed to protect yourself and families from outlaws. Look at the guy that was molesting children and didn't have to go to prison because he was too short!

haha... actually i don't think so... everyone is just too busy with there own life.. but it might work if there are some ppl out there, like me perhaps, who have got nothing better to do... on the other hand people might just want to stay away from these matters... criminals can be dangerous! =)

No. The 'dead' part would be rule unconstitutional by the SCOTUS. Properly so. And I'm pro death penalty.

Today, the killing of the notorious bank robbers Bonnie and Clyde would be ruled at least manslaughter if not murder.
