someone who can do wht they are told. During boot camp and tech school you need to be able to just do what you're told and shut up 'n color.
After that, the military is just like a regular job in the civilan world. You have a regular life and go to work and drink on the weekends. The only difference is that it's hard to get fired and you get deployed and move around a lot.
You become a strong team with the people you work with more so than you would in a civilian job though
I love the life.

You need to be able to take orders no matter what and the only way to get promoted is to show you can be a good leader.
The military is nothing but Leaders and Followers. Everyone is both, even the highest general.

A personality that allows a person to be both a follower and a leader. If you dont have these traits then you wont be able to make it in the military.
