Hi yeah I'm very stressed out. First of all I'm 21 years old(just in case you might think I'm a teenager just because I'm asking about a family situation lol) anyway my mom has been going a hundred mile an hour taking care of everybody 24/7(including an 18month old baby which my brother rarely takes her home at night. dude it's not like he's disabled!) anyway her back has been hurtin really bad like back tension, and her doctor even suggested she should take a few days off. Well I can only come home on weekends because I'm going to school, and my dad(who's always been emotionally abusive to her, treating her like a slave and makes her sleep on the floor.), still tells her to do this and that even though he clearly knows she's in pain and bed resting! My pastor's wife offered to take care of my neice but my mom of course declined(she called her bawling because she needed someone else to clean the church). Ok running out of characters. Suggestions? What can the Law do to help? curious

They are aged between 11 and 13 and should know better. I had my 15 week old son in the car and feel that they could have caused an accident. I spoke to the mother of the lad who's garden they were in and she just didn't seem bothered. I drove back past about 5 mins later and they were still playing with the super soaker. I feel that unless something is done, they could cause an accident. Do you think I would be wasting the time of the police if I called them? Or does anyone have any good ideas on how to deal with the situation (sensible answers only please). Thanks.

Some Senate Democrats comparing illegals to radical terrorists, isn't that a bit extreme?

It is deplorable that the Democrats have chosen to vilify Hispanic illegal immigrants by comparing them to the mastermind behind September 11 and the imminent threats of Iran and North Korea . The RNHA and Hispanics across this country are appalled and call on the Democrats to immediately remove the ad."

"Hispanic illegal immigrants have broken the law, but they are not terrorists. Equating these undocumented migrants to the very real threats of terrorism is inexcusable and only serves to fan the flames of anti-immigrant sentiment in our country."

"The RNHA and all Americans understand the importance of securing our borders and increasing national security, but equating illegal immigrants to Osama Bin Laden and North Korea's Kim Jong II is despicable."

"The DSCC web video only serves to further polarize and sensationalize. The rhetoric and graphic visuals must cease, and true reform must be allowed to continue."
The following Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) web video includes images of illegal immigrants sandwiched between Osama Bin Laden and Kim Jong II.

When in reality they work for less, don't pay taxes, and live in illegal housing...ex. 8 men living in a one room basement. People say.."America can't funtion without them because we are to lazy and dependant on them." Ridiculous..not to mention hypocrytical. They send thier money back to thier home country...they bring thier kids here and get free education. How are we benefiting as a country from this? This is not a hate or racist question.

I mean this country was made because of inmigrants. This country was mainly a place for the world to meet, don't you think? I'd understand if it were a country of one major race, but USA has multi-races.

Indians are so morbidly obsess with mutilating those noble birds eagle, hawks, and owls who are the only thing in the wild who will befriend a human. A morbid Indian should not be alowed to identify with the noble birds they mutilate them there is no religion or honnor it is just a sick mayhamist killing a noted and respected bird that all of the rest of the world respects until it gets to a sick rotten indian who wants to kill these international migratory symbols. I dont want a indian to even draw a picture of bird it may incouarge its sick behavior response to mutilate one.

... who has bought a piece of land in the Philippines and can tell me, how long it takes to register at the Land Registry in the Philippines. We bought a lot from Empire Estates and finished paying for it in Dec 2005. They told us the deeds would be ready in April 2006 then they told us it would be Aug. Now they tell us October 2006. I just don't know WHEN to say 'enough is enough' and go see a lawyer. My wife is Filipina and refuses to accept that something may be wrong. For other things I started to distrust that company, for a start because the Deed of Sale had already been signed by the rep of the compmay when we went to the company to sign it. The legal requirement is that a Deed must always be signed by the seller IN THE PRESENCE of the seller and vice versa. When I asked to see the lawer rep of the seller company about that... they were all busy so we signed the Deeds in the presenc of... no one from the company. Can anyone in the know help please. Thank you so much.
