What happened in Lebanon was planned long before it actually happened. Israel achieved nothing except disgust by the world for it's actions. Some idiot answered that the people killed were not innocent because they supported Hezbollah, come on, those babies were Hezbollah fighters?? Israel has no regard for lives of Arabs or anyone else for that matter. Israel is a country formed on land stole from others and has been killing innocents for almost 60 years. Wake up people and stop believing the crap the media spouts out.

Hezbollah isn't any stronger except maybe in their own mind. Hezbollah knows that Israel could have been much tougher, but they weren't. Lebanon needs to rid themselves of Hezbollah if they are ever to know peace. Israel will not always be so gracious to fight through the eye of the needle like they just did.

Well the world now knows that Hezbollah is being supplied by some countries that have access to that many rockets/weapons. Gee, who could that be???? We also know the Hezbollah is acting as a proxy fighting force for these supplier countries. So, this is some of what Israel has achieved by responding to Hezbollah's unprovoked aggression.

Nothing, they achieved nothing...Hezbollah is stronger now than ever and the two soldiers are not free,yet...
But they made more people hate them for what they did to Lebanon, probably created more people who are willing now to attack Israel...They created more enemies and unfortunately more reason to kill Muslim for "self defense"...
