That bill in June was signed on the 8th and I think it was for the historic preservation, conservation of nature and archeology.I think this means that Duh-bya need not go to the big oil find in a mountain in Yellowstone and the people need to take their flags in at night and when it rains and fold them accordingly to how we were taught in school.I need to go out now & preserve my flowers :)
