It is time to realize that God despises violence and despises the ones who engage in it. So, no one kills in the name of Mohamed, Jesus, Allah, Jehovah or, God. They kill because they're ignorant and have not other way of expressing themselves other than violently. We must also remember that one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter, so we must abolish oppression ism and uphold education and freedom of speech. Once a man is articulate, educated and, has the right to say whatever his heart bears, he feels he can be heard and the world will listen. Once we do those basic things violence will end and peace will reign

Okay. So I'm looking through Yahoo Answers today, and I'm completely amazed by what I see. An inordinate amount of questions are:

"Why are Liberals (Democrats) so dumb?"
"Why are Conservatives (Republicans) so ignorant?"
"Why are Muslims trying to kill us all?"
"Why are Christians stupid?"
"Why are Athiests so blind?"

Black, white, hispanic, gay, straight, etc... we all seem to hate someone.

Now... overlay these questions against what's taking place in North America, and the rest of the world.
Rampant bi-partisanship has brought the US to a virtual standstill from the days 40 years ago when it was developing so fast it was incredible.

People are rabid about their religion being the one, true, 'peaceful' religion... and they'll beat the crap out of anyone who says otherwise... and as such world is on edge because various races, religions, creeds and colors have a hate-on for someone else.

I keep seeing questions on here that say things like "Liberals if you don't like it here why don't you leave?"

We are trying to protect the Constitution and the freedoms that it guarantees us as citizens of the United States. Our country was founded on this, and we are unhappy that the current administration (and their blind, ignorant supporters) are ignoring it.
The people who are telling us to just leave if we don't like it are those who support the Patriot Act, have willingly given up their freedoms, and have decided to live a life of fear.

I propose that THESE people leave and take their President. Cuba is close by and it already has a fascist government in place. You can live your life the way George sees fit. You won't have to hide from the terrorists who "hate us for our freedoms" because Bush will protect you by taking away those freedoms that cause such hate. And...just think....Guantanamo is right there so you can lock up any neighbors that disagree with you.

I personally think it is a gorgeous, diverse state. Yeah we have our slummy parts, but who doesnt? People fail to see the miles and miles of gorgeous beaches, farmlads, acres of pine trees, and the Appalachin Mountains. Plus, your never, ever, more then an hours drive away from anything you want. It has 4 of the richest counties in the country, and the shopping capitol of the world!

Yet there is never any shortage of people ready to say they hate New Jersey, that it smells, it's dirty, and it's dangerous, all simply not true! I hate when people from PA try to say "we should blow up NJ and give PA a beach, it smells when ever we cross the border." (to them I like to say, because you don't know anything better then cow sh*t)

My question is, why do people hate NJ? and for those of you who talk trash about it, have you ever actually been here? or past the the highways you have travelled on?

It's seems as though one school of thought can be tolerated in the democratic party, FANATICISM.

When 90% of the questions asked contain name calling and put downs?

Also, how can a Democrat expect a serious answer when they ask questions like that?

I know that Republicans do their share of name calling but just look at half of these questions on here. Are these adults asking questions or 5 year olds?

I know I am going to get crap for this question and probably a lot of name calling too. Try to be mature when answering. Also, I already know that my name here is stupid.liberals but that isn't anything compared to half the crap on here.

It doesn't matter what party you belong to - this is hilarious. From
a show on Canadian TV. there was a black comedian who said he misses
Bill Clinton. "Yep, that's right - I miss Bill Clinton! He was the
closest thing we ever got to having a black man as President.
Number 1 - He played the sax.
Number 2 - He smoked weed.
Number 3 - He had his way with ugly white women.
Even now? Look at him... his wife works, and he don't! And, he gets
a check from the government every month.
Manufacturers announced today that they will be stocking America's
shelves this week with "Clinton Soup," in honor of one of the
nations' most distinguished men. It consists primarily of a weenie in
hot water.
Chrysler Corporation is adding a new car to its line to honor Bill
Clinton. The Dodge Drafter will be built in Canada.
When asked what he thought about foreign affairs, Clinton replied,
"I don't know, I never had one."
The Clinton revised judicial oath: "I solemnly swear to tell the
truth as I know it, the whole truth as I believe it to be, and
nothing but what I think you need to know."
Clinton will be recorded in history as the only President to do Hanky
Panky between Bushes."
---ya gotta love it.

Let's face it. He's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. We all know that he got into Yale and Harvard Business School because of his family connections. However, what I want to know is, how did he pass? I know that I'm going to get a lot of flack from the conservatives here, but consider these things. Before he applied for admission to Harvard Business School, he had applied for admission to the law school at the University of Texas at Austin, who turned him down. (Apparently, the standards of UT-Austin are higher than those of Harvard.) Also, he's ignorant about the world around him and is lacking in intellectual curiosity. On a visit to the US, the Welsh singer Charlotte Church had the chance to meet Bush. He asked her where she was from, and when she told him that she was from Wales, he asked her, "What state is that in?" She had to actually tell him that Wales is a small country that's next to England! Yeah, he's real presidential material!

Illegal immigrants get benifits not even American citizens get. They remain are pretty much unchecked. Emergency rooms are shutting down buisnesses are practicing "sweatshop" style practices with them.

If you had the ability to make the decision, how would you solve the immigrant problem? I am talking ALL illegals, not just one kind.

The UN is often blamed for not preventing many of the human caused tragedies of our time. But so, too, are individual nations often blamed.

Using as many actual cases you want, argue why in those cases the UN is to blame or specific nations and less so the UN, if at all, are to blame.

I will try to give the Best Answer to the person that gives a fact based (with sources), well-reasoned and fair (not full of vitriol) answer. But, if I am not available to, which I might not be, I ask the community to please help choose the Best Answer winner. Please give good consideration to your choice.

P.s. No, this is not school related.
