This is what I think the laws allow dead beat dad's to say.
I am living proof. I have been paying child support for over eleven years, but my wife's ex does not pay. That makes it harder on me, I have to pay for his kids schooling fee's(lunch, books, school clothes, etc.........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................)
But, I think we need to send another billion to the Middle East to people who want to fight and kill people, that way, me and my American family can starve to death for the next documentary.

What type of lawyer would specialize in this situation? Am I obligated to pay the subs even though I already paid the main contractor? Seems like the subs should only be able to go after the main. Would a lien affect my credit rating?

This is what I have heard. In fact, I have heard that they can have a ban for from 10 years to forever, once they are deported! In that case, if I was an illegal immigrant in the USA right now, and have never been deported, but I have worked perhaps a year or more, wouldn't it make sense, with what is going on regarding illegal immigration in the USA today, to haul myself on back over the border (without INS help) and (now that I have money from working in the US), go apply for legal immigration and pay my fees, etc.?

I'm a teen who is getting ready to head into college my question is to people who work in the Law feild. In spring i could enroll At a Community College and get a AS in Bussiness then transfer to a university to get my undergrade studies in political science then move into law school. my question is Bussiness a good pair for law... or would it make no difference.... or hurt me... Today a member posted a question of "can any one provide me with documentation of how the M A S O N I A C O R D E R is stealing from people. As I clicked for review page My A ++ computer went into lock up after a huge click sound, My DSL connection light went oramge to red and I had no control over my mouse. I immediately disconnected my DSL and power to my tower.
It took me 3 1/2 to get back online and 1 hr of rebooting to get mouse to reactivate. I returned to the question that i was answering and the board read that the question was retracted. I never bought into that crap, but now I do. What do you think.

When I ask simple questions on here about things we should be doing to clean up this country I am attacked or people say, well your heads not on a chopping block in Iran is it or oooo we played golf we have our freedoms or get a job, put your nose to the grind stone. No people you being comfortable is not what its all about, many of you are cowards not willing to stand up for what is right oh yeah you bark and growl but you are weak. First read your history and realize why this country was founded then grow a backbone. This country is special and we need to get back on track and that will probably be thru a new movement it has been building for some time. When we broke away from England the cowards of that day were called loyalist because they were loyal to the crown, well we need a name for you cowards who are loyal to this mess we have now.And when I say mess I mean the lobbyist and all this bought and paid for government.

if you just got up one day and there was no gas anywhere and abandon cars all over the place and people walking down the

I'd love to hear the argument a pro-illegal has.

I'm anti-illegal, however not as hardcore as some of the others are. I'm sympathetic to majority of the illegal immigrants here because I understand its hard for them. I am not however sympathetic to those who come here and demand the same rights US citizens have.

anyway, state your argument here because I honestly don't get it how you can be PRO-ILLEGAL.
