"From tomorrow... we will pay compensation, a certain amount of money for every family to rent for one year, plus furniture for those whose houses were totally destroyed," he said.
"These number 15,000. Tomorrow morning we will start." Nasrallah said his group would also help pay for those whose houses were damaged. No, UNO has not start financing rebuild Lebanon. UNO is the private property of USA government. What ever social and welfare work has been started by Hezbollah is usual. They already run many hundred schools, Hospitals, clinics and dozens of other projects.

Canada has already promise 2 million to help the cause. I'm all for it, except, even though Canada has a reputation for helping everyone, I really think they should concentrate on helping Canadians first. The state of cutbacks for healthcare and schools are a good place to start. Why not even give the poor average families and taxpayers that keep the country running a break? For one of the most modernized and highly taxed countries in the world...you'd think they would know better. I know I really didn't answer your question but thank you for allowing me to get this off my chest.
