Before he became a enemy ,Saddam, was a often visitor to the US,I'm wondering what cities he visited,and how was he perceived after such visits.

He had at least 1 visit in the 60's when he was a junior officor in the army - he was given a guided tour of our chemical & biological weapons plants......DOH !
