This was just a joke that my boyfriend wanted me to ask. Why do people get so uptight about it?

I heard that a medical doctor reviewed past and present film footage of Dubya and he claimed Bush exhibited early signs of dementia. When he ran for Governor in Texas he was surprisingly articulate and now he stumbles over every sentence. Although, many people stumble over their words when they are lying.

Both. He is man who should never been President. He never did one thing that qualified him to be President. For example, he was Governor of Texas which sounds impressive, but actually, the power in the State of Texas resides in the Assembly of that State. The Chief executive power are not in the hands of the Governor.
The Governor is a symbolic office. Depending on the man or the woman who is Governor, the Office can be effective, but all Bush Brought to the job was a name and a good old boy master of ceremonies and chief jester type of person.
GW Bush is excellent for this type to Job. But that is all he is good at.
The Presidency is truly a powerful job. But you can't joke your way out of the mess America is in right now.
