How can people be so against abortion but yet want to terminate other endoparasites? A tapeworm is living so do you not believe in getting treatment to get rid of them?

If there is an unwanted child what is the difference between terminating that form of life or terminating other unwanted forms of endoparasites?

I don't understand pro-lifers because they are so wishy washy.

if you can make a police report what is the time limit? Since the school feels it was horseplay but still the other boy pushed the injuried child which had to have surgery and has been under doctors care for 5 months.

Just doing a follow-up on a response I saw. I thought most Americans, regardless of party, were pretty united on their stance against illegal immigration with obviously more Democrats supporting illegal/open immigration because of their liberal tenets. I thought the leaders of both parties were doing nothing on the issue first because they are trying to gain favor with the emerging powerful Hispanic/Latino voting bloc and, then, more importantly, because both parties are lead by the very wealthy elite (which multi-millionaire/billionaire did you support in the last Presidential election?) that benefit the most from the cheap labor provided by illegal immigrants. Am I wrong on any, none or all of these points? Please respond with your views on the immigration issue and please include your political preference if you would- I'm just kind of curiously doing a poll. I'll start by saying I'm an independent (my ballot is often split) but opposed to unrestricted/open/illegal immigration.

I am very upset and desperate. I need some serious help. I have been in a marriage for almost 4 years and my husband is smoking,buying and selling POT and hard to tell what else!I am very hurt by this and very frustrated!!!He keeps telling me that he will stop,but he never stops and he is going behind my back. I want to set up a STING. I don't want it done here at our home,because we rent and I do not want to lose my home. Does someone besides me think its suspicious that the government and its allies always seem to bring a terror alert when its ratings are down or key senators start losing the race based on War backlash, hint: Tony Blair and Bush losing their ratings and Joe Liberman losing primary?

I think it helps them turn things around for themselves.

middle income earnings received, if i remember correctly, between $40-$60, while the top 1% received $85K. clearly the top was the big winner. yet the middle class is getting crushed by high energy prices, lower wages, disfunctional health care, and outsourcing of jobs.then the whole iraq mess, immigration,....maybe my question should be....why support bush when he's hurting you?

Some may say its either unethical or racist, but with everything going on do you think it is necessary to profile those that look like they are from Middle Eastern descent to maintain some sense of safety?

Personally I think this is a great idea! During World War II the Japanese became a threat, so we set up Internment Camps (note: i completely disagree with FDR's decision on that), but it kept people with a sense of security. Today people of Islamic descent are the ones sacrificing their lives in order to kill others - on planes, on buses, and anywhere else you can think of. It is a dangerous world and throughout the last few years, terroist plots, plans, and successes have been from those of Islamic descent.

Please, please, please do not call me a racist, because I am not. There are many people who look Middle Eastern (for crying out loud even Israelis look Muslim!!!)

I just personally think that its time to put our foot down, screw being politically correct, and save lives

Cops came & made our home look like a major crime scene. No arrests were made. No charges filed. People asked did some die? The outcome our home was condemned. no notice, no warning, no letters to have things fixed. Jul 24 2006. We were told that we could not enter our home even to get our personal belongings out. Father passed away house awarded to the 6 children. House is prime property. 1 of 2 homes left on Main street. Yes the house is an eyesore. Yes it does need some tender loving care. But the electric is up to code. The roof was just redone 2 yrs ago. Yes it still has clay pipes for water but it still works. It needs a few new windows could use some weatherizing around doors & windows. The lawn is nice & mowed no weeds or high grass. Could use a coat of paint on the outside. Some minor repairs. I feel as though renters have more rights then a homeowner. The newspaper did not have a word about what looked like some one got Murdered. Small town BIG NEWS...Not a word! Help!!!!

Think about it. You would not only have to go through the trauma of recovering from rape, but you would also have to try and keep your sanity as you suffered through pregnancy, knowing that each pain and each mood swing and each new feeling was caused by the man who raped you.

Could you honestly say you would have that child?

If so, could you damn another person to have a child concieved through rape?

Please think before answering. I've heard enough arguments of why the sanctity of life should be maintained, but I'm asking, on a very real level, if you would personally, in reality, go through with having a kid like this?

I want you to think about all the wars America has fought since 1900.
Think about all the bases America has all over the world such as Japan, South Korea, Germany, Cuba, etc.

Do you really think America is going to cut and run from Iraq?

Why are people so stupid that they think America can JUST LEAVE a country after occupying it? Its not the democrats either, I hear lots of republicans talking that smack since they are tired of seeing White kids coming back from Iraq missing hands, arms and legs.

Keep in mind, for every country America invades, that is manpower we have to leave in place.

I work in the Government, I know.
