I love how the liberals are up in arms about Fox. I don't understand why liberals are angry that a news channel gives BOTH point of views. Sometimes I wonder if they're worried that when both sides are presented the lunacy of the left will be exposed.
I don't care that others watch CNN and MSNBC (few watch).

I also know the kooks and looneys will respond to this by the whole "faux news" and the hilarous "fascist news network"

But why are liberals intimidated by it?

his public defender is saying that he most likely get 9-16 months and he has already served 6 and has yet to be arraigned. he has no prior record and the robbery was unarmed. he supposedly got away with 7 grand. i was just wondering how realistic is it for him to get 9-16 months considering this crime? it seems like too much of a lenient sentence for a crime like this. please answer if u have knowledge of the law and please serious answers only!

Here's my friend's story:

"I voluntary helped organise a festival with some other people (voluntary as well). The main organiser left and did not pay the rental. I am sued because they have my name on file. I did not sign anything for this contract.

It already cost me more than 1500$ up to this day for a pre-trial conference with a judge. The judge seemed to think that there was no point in continuing this in trial. The other party will continue."
End of the story for now.

She just spoke with her lawyer. He believes she will win the case.

Would you rather pay a lawyer?
- it will cost her 3,000$ or 4,000$ more in fees to go to court and settle this.

Would you pay the guy?
- If she pays the man his 3,000$ she can leave all this behind.

Keep in mind that she has absolutely nothing to do in this and she is not rich but does not want to pay a debt for somebody else.

Name for me one war since the 1800's that has been fought over religious differences. People say that God or Allah is on their side when they do something, but the war is always for other reasons.

Do you think any Islamic terrorists kll Israelis because they have different religions? Or is it that other small fact that the Israelis violently kicked them out of their own country in 1948?

Do Islamists hate America because we pray to a different God, or because we buy the bombs for Israel that kill Palestinians, take their natural resources and occupy their countries?

The fact of the matter is that, when two cultures or countries fight
they oftentimes have different religions. When they are looking for absolute justification of their cause they often say that God is on their side, or they denounce the other culture's ultimate belifs, such as religion.

As I am sure you are aware, Britain is pretty much the only developed nation on Earth without a single document classed as a constitution which would give a clear indication to the public of what there rights are. I think that with the government making constant efforts to erode cival liberties ad freedoms we could use something which would limit how far the government could go! Your views?

One of my moderate liberal friends (leaning to the right more and more) asked me today if it was possible to support the troops but not the war? And I said sure you can, its how you rely that message. The day you start talking war criminal, murderers, and rapists is the day your a looney nut.
