The reality is that it doesn't matter.. Darth Cheney and the rest of the billionaire boys club.. aren't interested in either. They are way to busy planning for the next phase of Corporatopia... which will include at least one Major "terrorist" event, several Weather/natural disasters.. a major swing in the stock market first way up.. and then crashing down.. crescendo with Marshall law in the US .. an end to presidential elections with a permanent military tribunal style court for expedited processing of all dissenters and free thinkers...

6 million.....WASHINGTON - While the British terror suspects were hatching their plot, the Bush administration was quietly seeking permission to divert $6 million that was supposed to be spent this year developing new homeland explosives detection technology.
