Um no, they dont have to listen to you, unless you and this person are on a tribal member only area on the Reservation, you can call the cops and it will be taken care of. A long time ago, the white people stole the US from the natives, so that is why you cant do that just anywhere. Only on certain places that have restricted anyone being on there except tribal members.

You have real issues with Hispanic people. I had to take psychology in college (Yeah guess what Latins do go to college) and I think your true issue with the Mexican race is that you got your @ss kicked by them and couldn't fight back, so as an adult (I use that term very loosely in regards to you) you think payback is hate towards the Mexican culture.
