My mother is going through a divorce and she and I decided to go see this attorney who's add said "free consultation." We simply needed an attorney to negociate a buy-out price against my stepfather to obtain the house...nothing further. But this attorney wouldn't listen to us and instead would be chatting about his experience dealing with other cases not related to our desires. I'm farely familar with the law and I knew up front that he wasn't suited for our needs.

We left before an hour and then tried to make my mother sign a retainer agreement and I told him that my mother would need at least a day to think about it. Then he said "Well if you don't take your case with me I will charge you for this consulation since it's free only for 30 minutes." FIRST OF ALL, THERE WAS NO PLACE IN THE ADD THAT SPECIFIED A TIME FOR THAT FREE CONSULATATION. SECOND, HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD US ABOUT THE

And it was ok for him to enact emergency laws for Terri Schievo, and it was ok for him to do nothing for days after Katrina struck and why is it ok for him to deny funding for stem cells even though 75% of people want funding? Why is it ok for him to tap my phone calls and keep a record of my calls? Why can Bush refuse to go under oath about 9/11? Why were people turned away in black communities in the 2000 elections with a "Scrub List" made by Kathren Harris, Florida Secretary of State and Bush's state campaign co-chairwoman? Why is clinton blamed for all of the problems in the last 5 years, but Bush isn't? Why did what the Project For a New American Century want in Iraq come true after Bush got into office, and why did Saddam become a threat so quickly after Bush took office?

My final question:

If Bush is such a great leader, why does so much bad "stuff" happen under his administration?

My boyfriend just got arrested with the charge of trafficking oxycodone over 14 grams, less then 28 grams. I *think* this was a one time dealing for him, and now look what happened! His parents hired a lawyer -- what do I do now? Does anyone know of this drug and the sentence?

If this ideal that free men can govern themselves is at work. Have we squandered it. Have we forgotten the sacrifice make by men who wanted freedom from the tyranny of the British government. Freedom from high taxes and no taxation w/o representation. Who is speaking for me while a 3rd of my wages are spent on bombs and putting people with drug habits in jail. Whos speaking for "us" when we have to pay 3.50 a gallon and our grandparents have to choose between food and treatments of disease because the FDA has made it virtually impossible to manufacture a cure because there is no money in it. This is fact! Why?! What is our recourse? I know that the people who want to dominate us would just love it if we went off and assembled with our small arms seeing that our right to bear arms in order to remain a free state has been taken. Then they could put into place a martial law and call freedom loving americans terrorists. People who could no longer function under this tyranny.

Rich folks seem to want to be remembered for something other than being wealthy. I don't think people would mind having another day off work on "National Benjamins Day".

All you people that support Bush out their, How do you explain all the different explanations for being in Iraq? First it was he has got weapons of mass destruction. They were never found*, then it was he was trying to get WMD’s , but he really wasn’t. Then it was because he was abusing the oil for food program (give me a break just stop the oil for food program so much cheaper), then it was because he was breaking UN resolution. Come on people, their have been so many excuses, and Im sure that I have forgotten a few here. What ever the latest excuse is why didn’t they just use that one to begin with? Lets face it the American people were bald faced lied to. And yes Saddam was an A. hole, but he wasn’t worth loosing American lives over.

*The so called WMD’s that were recently found in Iraq don’t count, for one their over 20 years old, and second we already knew about them, we just finally stumbled upon them.

Video games, movies, music is all labeled with that stupid label that tells you who is suitable for. If your'e not 17 or older you can't buy mature video games or cd's. Who the hell, then why the hell do they still show crime, sex and violence on tv, the same sh-it you would see or hear on these video games and cd's. Get your Holy Crusade, Censoring, Conservative, Controling hand out of my video games and music. What do you think?

I'm not being anti-semetic, although most people might answer a question like this with an accusation like that. We're willing to start the war to end all wars for these guys so I think it's a vaild question.

Not being sarcastic either, I really want to know.

One evacuee from Beirut today complained that Bush didn't act fast enough to get Americans out of Lebanon. The State Dept. releases reports on places around the world everyday warning Americans what areas are experiencing hostilities or might potentially be dangerous. If you go to one of these places shouldn't you find out first how dangerous it could potentially be? Isn't it your responsibility once you're there to have a plan for escape? Don't look to Bush to get you out- consult the local embassy. Is it me or are these people a bunch o' whiners?

Okay, I personally don't think America is an Evil Empire. I like living here, but I can see how those who don't reside in the U.S. might disagree with me. Consider these reasonings:

1. We get attacked by rebels from Saudi Arabia, so we a ttack Iraq.

2. We say that our no. 1 concern is to get rid of Sadam, we did that, but then occupied the country and it's Oil well.

3. We shoot down North Korea's test missles and condemn them for such actions - then we test launch a missle from California Silo's to a destination half way around the world.

4. We put sanctions on anyone who disagrees with us.

5. We can have weapons of mass destructions, but no other country can.

6. We side with countries that give us money rather tthen those that need help.

7. Only country ever to drop atomic bomb on civillians (twice)

8. Only 40 years ago, Black people had to use separate water fountains.

9. Wiped out the native americans. Gone. Extinct.

I could go on, but I'm limited to 1000 words or less

Thats an Ann Coulter for you, a vast overgeneralization and lie, like when she says liberals hate America. But birth defect rates are way up under President Bush. Why? Lax enforcement of environmental rules. Funding to the EPA inspection and enforcement was cut. Now children are sick because of it, just like in Texas where Gov. Bush's voluntary environmental regulations gave that state the highest rate of birth defects and cancer in No. America. So why do conservatives think its OK to poison children? Oh, the money. Of course.

After Independance in India. There was a debate between Nehru and Gandhi About the base of Development for our country. According to Gandhiji 70% people live in rural India and 30% people live in Urban areas and he also felt that India should have its own Indentity and development should be based on non-violence. But Nehru gave preference to Industrialisation which will benifit only 10% people of India. Also he felt that it has got nothing to do with non-violence.
