Lax enforcement of environmental rules. Funding to the EPA inspection and enforcement was cut. Now children are sick because of it, just like in Texas where Gov. Bush's voluntary environmental regulations gave that state the highest rate of birth defects and cancer in No. America. So why do conservatives think its OK to poison children? Oh, the money. Of course.

Though I dislike Ann Coulter tremendously, your facts are wrong. Federal funding of the EPA has not been cut...the increases they asked for were cut (rather than a 15% gain they were only given 8% fiscal 2006).
Don't you think the Liberal point on lax drug related charges has anything to do with these rates? Don't you believe the FACT that people are having children at later times in their lives and advancement in infertility has anything to do with increases?
In this case you are dead WRONG in your opinion!

I think the current administration works for what is good for themselves in the short term, and forgets about long-term problems this may cause.
