but the 2nd parent (who has lots of money for the best lawyers) is telling the child in their care tons of lies to the point that the child refuses to speak to or spend time with the "good" parent.What can the good parent do? I've read some answers on here that were 100% wrong. You cannot get a state appointed lawyer unless it is a "criminal case" against you. Legal Aid does not do custody cases. Pro Bono? Forget it! The child with the good parent is forced by law to spend 4 days a month with the bad parent & grandparents who, since the custody hearing, have treated her like dirt. Suttle insults, ignored, they NEVER call her, STOPPED ALLOWANCE, STOPPED SHOPPING TRIPS, everything they used to do for/with her. So, what can the good parent do with no lawyer? The child said if she's forced to go this weekend she's running away. They need help now! PLEASE ONLY GOOD, SERIOUS ADVICE.

low interest rate ignite the house price. house owners have more equity to buy SUV which cause SUV all over the places, so more gas to spend and lead the gas price to skyrocket. It's an outrage that oil prices are also based on politics, hearsay and every little conflict that arises through out the world. The latest reason to jack prices up now, is the bombing that Israel is doing to Lebanon. An oil traders logic today was that they anticipate a possible shortage due to this conflict. Hooray!! Lets just screw the american consumer today rather than wait for what might never actually happen! God forbid big oil as a business, ever take a loss on anything. Next week they'll use what ever the fed. chairman says about the economy to stick it to us.

The U.S. has vetoed a decision to stop Israel’s attack on the people of Gaza. It responded to Israelis attack in Lebanon as "Israel has a right to defend itself". Palestinian and Lebanese civilians have died among them children and women. Bombing civilian infrastructure is a war crime. How is Israel protecting it's civilians by doing that? Isn't this escalating the violence? Aren't they showing their enemies they are worse than them and are indorsing techniques that are criminal?

The U.S. stance is sad considering it claiming it's bringing peace and democracy in the ME.

Lastly, how the U.S. have a war on terror yet, indorse Israeli terror?

About 7 years ago an ex girlfriends lawyer served me with paper to relinquish my parental rights - I responded by asking for a paternity test becasue if the child is not mine then how can I give up parental rights. Never got a response from the lawyer even after trying several times. I tried to contact ex girfriend and she would not return phone calls, emails etc. Then I learned she had a new boyfriend. About 2 months ago I got served with papers for child support and paternity from the state. I requested a paternity test (which I am awaiting results). Now I am being served with papers from her EX husband wanting visitation of the child saying he is the childs only father etc.... I think the reason she did not press the paternity 7 years ago is because I refused to sign the papers to relinquish my rights and would have parental rights if the child was mine (visitation etc). Is there any way to prove that she denied me my child for this time intentionaly?????
