Plame is so in the back pocket of the Democratic Party. This is just one more way to harrass the administration. And she is a very willing participant. You can't "out" someone who's status is already well know, not to mention, that she hadn't been on the streets for a number of years.

But, 'fess up...you already knew that. You're just trolling.

Chimpy made the statement in his state of the union address about Saddam trying to buy yellow-cake urainium from Niger. Joe Wilson was sent on a fact-finding mission (way before the address by the way), and reported that not only was this information false, but was a very poor attempt at forged documents. Wilson then had the gall to call Bush on his lie, by telling the press the same thing he told the administration (again, way before the address.... that's how we know Bush lied about it.) To get revenge on Wilson, it was decided by high officials in the Bush administration (now known as Libby, Rove, and Cheney) to ruin not his career, but his wife's... a CIA operative working out of a CIA cover business to collect data on WMDs. So, when Mr. Novak outed her, not only did they ruin her career, but also everyone working at the CIA cover business, and hurt the United States intellegence gathering process. In short, it was a political act of revenge....a Karl Rove specialty.

What CIA agent? Valerie Plame?

She was outed by Aldrich Ames many years ago. That is why her husband told lots of folks that she worked for the CIA - because she was no longer a covert operator. She just had a desk job at CIA headquarters and that is no secret.

What is generally NOT reported is that Joe Wilson, her husband, worked for the Kerry for President campaign.

I hope she wins but the lying bastards will pull out all the stops to see that she doesn't. Yes Cheney and all in the current white house are corrupt as hell and should rot in jail.

She was an office bound pencil pusher who was never under cover. Her name had been outed by her pet husband long before Cheney or his aide said a word. So no I don't think she will win.

Your stating he did does not make it so. Stick with the facts. Let the courts decide the issue when they see the evidence. Personally, I don't see that Cheney did anything illegal.
