Yes, the government gave out comic books that said how to do it. They also provide their military to help escort people and drugs from Mexico into the US. Their military has crossed into our country hundreds of times. I also remember that a shoe maker handed out shoes that had maps of the border with locations of border patrol routs. The Mexican government also posted information about the location of the minutemen on their website.

Yes, it is true. I live in a border city. The Mexican government says it just tells them how to survive and what to do if they get caught. I have never seen one though, I heard about it on the radio.

OK, when you say "Mexicans" you're talking about more than 100,000,000 people, MOST of US legal residents (exactly 98,000,000) in our own land.
