I don't think there is a person who would be suitable Bush is too busy destroying as much of the world as he can and the ozone layer plus he lacks basic intelligence so he'd be no good.
Blair is just a pseudo prime minister, he just does what he's told & makes everyday life more & more impossible.
It has to be someone wise, someone uncorruptable, someone who will always do what is right no matter what public opinion says.
I don't think any one person could be that morally courageous, righteous or wise

Captain Jean-Luc Picard would be ideal as he always does what is right even if it means giving up his life to do it plus he has high morals.

Think about it, she has tried everything else and still no-one in the world knows what she is good for. We are all supposed to be very talented in at least one field and the only job she hasn't done is world president.
