This is actually one of the more light handed attacks I've seen recently. Both sides like to crack jokes (like this one was meant to be) about the other side, like the "How many Kennedy's does it take to screw in a light bulb" joke that was prevalent a while back. Some are funny, most are just insulting. What is unfortunate is that it has come down to this. The spewing of hatred and insults come equally from both sides because that's what we see our leaders doing. No one can debate topics anymore. The winner is the one who can sling the most crap, like monkeys in the jungle.

(By the way, the answer to my joke is 5, 1 to hold the bulb and 4 to drink until the room spins)

It has nothing to do with "respect for human life". Morons from both sides ask loaded questions like this one because they have nothing worthwile to add to any debate, so they resort to 3rd grade humor. Both sides are equally guilty. Just as an example of the ignorance coming from "your side", check this out:

(I am pro-life moderate/liberal, by the way. I just think being pro-life means conception until death, not birth)

do not use biblical backup till you're at a religious college, i twill weaken your argument even as the different individual says some thing alongside the strains of "i don't think of using biblical textual content should be allowed in this argument, seeing because it may't be shown it really is precise, and for this reason ought to take no area in this debate." also, you should understand the different part, as a thanks to make your argument more suited. try to be in a position to hit upon a well being care service who's professional-life, regardless of the very incontrovertible actuality that i doubt there are quite a number of, because extremely frankly it isn't. decide on some thing alongside the strains of "That individual would have had a life, and benefits a life. purely because someone made a mistake, does not advise that this life also needs to should be ended. There are different ideas" etc. in case you imagine that the fellow you're arguing with isn't the most witty, you should continually develop the very incontrovertible actuality that the fellow should be a genius (assuming the different individual isn't wise adequate to assert "nicely what are the percentages of it being an genius as against a finished moron" i'm professional decision. Very professional decision. yet i'm very good at arguing each part or a controversy. So, i'm sorry i don't have a medical doctors opinion, yet those factors can help you.

Ha! Are you kidding? Read a little further into the questions on this site. The vast majority of disrespectful questions come from the other side. "Would you piss on Bush" is harmless compared to some ot the ignorant vitriol coming from the people here who represent themselves as conservative/right/republican. Look into the immigration category, or politics. The racism and hatred of others is rampant, and very frightening.

Unbelievable!

You have a point. A lot of people don't like Bush, possibly for good reason. Is that justification for statements like that? I would hope not. But how do you feel about what the republicans did when Clinton was president? I could feel the hate in almost everything they did and said about him.

No, those questions are not proof that liberals have no respect for human life. There are plenty of questions like that all day long. I see death to liberals comments on a daily basis. And yes I wish those type of comments would stop because they are senseless.

No, I wouldn't piss on the Bush to put the fire out.
I'd let the Bush sizzle for sending our troops into harms way on a known false premise.

I'll let those who suffer from regression continue to put out the fires that surround the Bush.
Piss away my friends, I'll save mine for the toilet.

Yep, they don't have any respect for human rights.
They are pro-choice so they can kill all the "unwanted" babies and they are against the death penalty because it's "cruel". Bet you wouldn't feel like the death penalty was "cruel" if the guy getting it had raped...killed...mutilated someone close to you. Keep killing the innocents and letting your tax money pay for the criminals to live.

Do questions like this show that conservatives have no respect for human life?

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AkVSqnXufRK8XXv0Uf56GSPsy6IX?qid=20060707091242AAMus5j

And I do think crap like that is stupid (although "I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire" is a pretty common phrase - at least where I grew up).
