You know I'm so sick of the illegal immigration debate that this is what it's come down to for me, take it or leave it. U know America is suppossed to be so understanding of everyone's plight in the world that we're expected to do all we can and it's great that we do that, HOWEVER, for us to be sorry about wanting to secure our borders in a 911-world is unconscionable. Do not twist a security issue, and a population regulatory issue, into one of American disdian for our southern friends. Don't forget there are also Irish, Italian, German, Polish, Chinese, Cuban, Nigerian, Spanish, English, Korean, Portugese, Indian, Japanese...immigrants who also want to come here.

Several soldiers have been accused of rape/murder of a young girl and her family. If found guilty, do you believe the local juresdiction of Iraq should be the one who punishes or do you think that the Uniform Code of Military Justice applies? (i.e., punished under military law in the states)

I gave temp gardianship to their grandparents which have made it a living hell to talk or see my kids. I was very young when I was talked into this and I just want my kids back. I have tried to look for answers for years but it all lads to money wich i dont have that kind lying around.

We are afraid of terrorists, carbs, bird flu, global warming, cigarette smoke, gay marriage, flag burning, eternal damnation and letting people ride motorcycles without helmets.
All you hear about anymore are things to fear and worry about. And yet right now is the most secure time in American history and people are living longer than ever.
Isn't it ironic that we have a culture of fear in our safest time?

I am from Pakistan. I support the war against Al-Qaida (Afghanistan) War against Terrorism. But the situration in Iraq is critically bad. USA & UK has attack Iraq just because of CIA lies that Iraq has a nuclear weapon. Now there is no sign of nuclear weapon except patrol. Million of Muslim are dead and being raped by soldiers. Just because of they are Muslim. Why not English and American try to understand that Muslims are also Human Being. Hitler started a World War, we don't consider the whole Christain community as a terrorist. Why anyone should say wrong about JESUS. Europe made cartoons again Holly Prophet PBUH and the whole world supported. Now they are behind Iran. Even Israeil is killing innocent people in Gaza the whole Europe and America is trying to Ignore Israeil. Because it is a non Muslim country. As a Pakistani if Israeil consider US report we welcome Israeil cause of US&Pak . US did great in Bosnia. All I want to say that American is losing its grace in Muslim hearts!

I cannot see why this rule is not in force yet. Does anyone doubt for a second that a Muslim would not hesitate to lie once he has sworn to tell the truth on the Bible, or that a Christian would have any regret lying once they were forced to swear on the Koran? I would not respect someone who told the truth after being forced swear on a religious symbol of a different belief. Being a believer of either religion almost compels you to lie in such a case.

Gay marriage is something that doesn’t affect you if you’re straight; I have a hard time understanding why people would object to it. People have used the excuse that it’s immoral, Well who are we to say if it’s immoral. The Bible says not to judge, well if we judge gay marriage as immoral, and god has no objections are we not the ones who are wrong? I say make gay marriage legal if its wrong God will sort it out when the time will come. Because if you don’t agree with gay marriage then don’t marry a person of your sex. Now that you know my opinion , I want to know what others think.

(1) eliminate WMD,
(2) break the Iraq-terrorist link, and
(3) win over much of the Arab world by installing a market-oriented democracy in Iraq.
There were no WMD.
Terrorists are now vastly stronger in Iraq, and the US has further antagonized much of the Arab world.
The whole operation will cost us over $1 trillion.

·42% say that the Commission covered up, or refused to investigate important evidence which could contradict the official explanation
·45% say that there should be another investigation - and this time include the question whether the Bush Administration could have participated in the attacks
·55% were not satisfied with the media coverage of the unanswered questions asked by the families left behind after 9/11
·43% did not know that WTC7 also collapsed and 38% said that it should have been investigated

Our government can now imprison our citizens indefinitely, without so much as letting them speak to a lawyer, if they arbitrarily deem them an "enemy combatant."
Our government spies on our phone calls.
Our government spies on our bank accounts.
Our government wants to implement national ID cards and require us to have them.
These ideas would have seemed preposterous 30 years ago. I thought the American way was life, LIBERTY, and the pursuit of happiness. Liberty is meaningless to most people now. Instead of happiness people are pursuing security, which is impossible, since life is inherently unsafe.

Such as, a false accustion of rape should get the accuser as many years in prison as she tried to get dished out to her victim, a false accustion of assault should get the accuser tossed into prison for as many years as he tried to get foisted on his victim, etc., etc.. with corresponding fines being paid directly to the victims from the seized assets of the false accusers.
