i saw this on the news just now, and how is it that one can become a US citizen while already in the US military. please explain this to me?

The 'race card' was played by Johnny cocheran (spelling, who cares anyway!). the Poor murder was black and the nasty oppressive victims were white.

why didn't the prosecution play tha 'race card' right back and trup the one the defence used?

why is race ALWAYS BROUGHT UP when anyone that is not white is accused of anything?

I would say that when anyone that is not white commits a crime against anyone white should have this brought up as a racially motivated crime, if and only if that person tries to cloud the issue by claiming race is the real factor behind the prosecution!

what could be the motivation behind the cutting off of free speach that is only anti crime, with no racial motivation behind it?
Could yahoo be backing the pro criminal/pro illegal alien movement?

I underrstand that this is a free forum, but THEY made the rules and to arbitrarily throw off questions because it is anti-illegal, does not even abide by their own rules.

How can anti crime be spreading hate?
would not the criminal be fostering hate?
how can defending one's home and country be fostering violence?
is not the illegal/criminal fostering violence by his/her action?

perhaps Yahoo should answer these questions in a court of law!
any attorney want to take this case?

US army is doing a good job in Iraq, these brave soldiers have raped & killed an Iraqi girl with her whole family (children's & women) then they burned them, is there any action more brave like this, I think NO, American always keep the primacy in developing the nasty actions, nasty in the normal standards, but based on American standards this kinds of acts consider BRAVE, do all of you have honor? Do you think your black history can bear anymore?

I do not like killing, but now I found the reason why I feel comfortable when I hear an assassin has been killed in Iraq or wherever in the world, and believe me most people on the earth share me this feeling.

So I was going to adopt a dog at the animal shelter and they needed to see my lease stating that dogs are allowed in the apartment and my landlords phone number. So i call my landlord and asked if i was allowed to have dogs in the apartment and he said that no dogs are allowed and anybody who already had a dog will have to take them out because they were destroying property. But the problem is no-where in the lease does it say that dogs are not allowed or that they are allowed. And about 75% of the people who live in the other apartments have dogs or other pets. Is this legal that they are going to make other people take out their pets or not let have pets when they didnt state in the lease that they are not allowed in the first place? Oh i live in Boston, MA, is it different here or in other states?

I don't live in Florida but visited there several times recently and I found it rather scary. No one spoke English most of the time. Lots of unemployed, poor Hatians and blacks as well as Cubans milling around the city. It looked like Havana to me?
Anyone down in Florida think what went on/is going on in Florida with the Cuban/Hatian "refugees" is a good thang for the USA or what?
Should we allow people to be citizens simply because they "touch" USA soil? I heard the Cuban community voted that a State law. What happened to Federal law? Seems to me if it can happen in Florida, it can happen anywhere here in the USA. Whatayall think?
