It's in the economic best interests of Cuba to improve relations with the US. I think Fidel's brother is "talking the talk" now, but after Fidel dies it'll be a different story. my guess would be that relations would improve. I think were it not for castros support of communist revolts in central and south america with arms, money, and personel, relations between Cuba and the U.S. would have normnalized years ago.
