Some one sued and win in the court by hook and trick. any way he did the writ and took the part of it from the bank with the help of sheriff now what else can he do ?canhe come after my spouse a/c the sued is in my name only. Pl help me. I am so much depressed.

For being straight, since this is really the big issue with gay marriage. It's not about "morality" it's about legal protection under the law.

Its a well known fact that the USA has the most Weapons of Mass Destruction on the planet, yet for some reason they feel they should be allowed to keep them while other nations who don't do what the USA want shouldn't be allowed to...

as for Iraq they had weapons that the USA had given them before, that were no where near the deadly scale that the USA have (or North Korea), so what is the USA's fascination with pissing off the world?

Why exactly are sending money to Hamas who is quite open about trying to destroy us? Muslims are out in the open about trying to conquer the US and other western countries and either kill us all or force us to submit to slavery under Islam.

Isn't it time we shut down all the mosques in our country and forcibly deported these people? For God's sake we just caught them trying to bring about another 9/11, this time with the Sears Tower.

Isn't enough, ENOUGH already? These people can't co-exist with us. Their ridiculous cult of death and depravity won't let them.

Since Marriage orginated from religion, why should any marriage mean anything to the government? I think it should be called a Civil Union, wether it is between a man and a woman, or man and man, or woman and woman. Wouldn't that eliminate the argument? If a man and woman wanted to get married, they could still go to their church and get married, but there would be a separate document involving the state, that would be a 'civil union document'. If two men wanted to get married, they would have to find a church willing to do so, but it wouldn't matter, because they could go to the courthouse and get a 'civil union' anyway. This would keep from offending christians and other religious people, because you would still only be able to get "married" if you are man and woman, yet it wouldn't really mean anything outside of church, just like a batism or confirmation. Yet gays could have a civil union, and obtain the same rights as what is now a marriage. Does anybody agree?

Who cares if a woman wants to sell her body. I personally wouldn't do such an act but all this drama with prostitution is leading to wealthy pimps and pimpettes. If the government would stay out of petty business such as prostitution and worry about our public school system, high taxes and this darn war with Iraq which is making gas prices soar, we would be a lot better off.

Forget the fact that the station they were on was powered by a hamster on a wheel connected to a 15 watt generator, but nevermind that...is it a bad thing that they couldn't maintain a high enough audience share in the ATL to stay on the air? Isn't this the way a free market works? Or should this be the catalyst for a communist style application of the so-called "fairness doctrine"? If liberalism is so competitive, why can't their mouthpiece in the radio world succeed without donations and help from wealthy limousine liberals? I was served papers that I could be evicted if violations were NOT corrected. 3 were done immediately but the 4th. one...a lg. Oak Tree and cracked driveway are way beyond my finances as I am ederly & live on Soc. Sec.

All of the bible thumpers, Bush included, seem to think that if the Bible says marriage is between a man and a woman, then so should our Constitution. But wasn't America founded by people looking to keep religion out of government? Gay marriage's detractors seem to have forgotten about the Separation of Church and State.
