Does anyone know if it is illegal/unconstitutional for a city council in Alabama to vote to tax businesses outside the city limits that are still within police jurisdiction? If so, can you site your source? This answer will literally tell me if they are going to put me out of business! HELP! Thanks!

Why is it that our American legal system contadicts itself in many areas, but so many people believe the "system" works?
Examples:
1) It is illegal to commit murder, but states can justify sending someone to death row.
2) We are protected against "cruel and unusual" punishment, but a convicted felon will ALWAYS be turned away for jobs, Apartments, etc. even after they have paid their dues to society.
3) In divorce and child custody proceedings, the courts claim to seek what is in the best interest of the child. 95% of all child custody cases are in favor of the mothers. How can this system be balanced when the odds are so heavily out of balance?
4) In criminal cases...a ***** is 85% more likely to be put in prison than any other race, yet the goverment has strict laws against discrimination.
5) In American law...it is illegal to extort money from people. Why then can one lawyer charge 2500.00 for a case, but a lawyer across the street can charge 25,000.00 for the same case?

The church I attend was designed in an older style and is not handicapped accessible. We have wanted to change this for a long time but it is extremely expensive and we just don't have the money. Does anyone know of interest-free loans or government grants for a church that wants to become handicapped accessible?

I was contacted by a person who stated she was a major Hollywood start. Conversations got to telephone exchange. Then she accused me of stalking her. She initiated the contact on several occasions before and after the stalking accusation. Now she says she is a 12 year old who has contacted the police. I have told this person to stop contacting me on several occasions. Since being accused of stalking I have told her to leave me alone each time she contacted me. How do I protect myself form this threat? If their are any law enforcement who see this post --- please contact me to help. I do not want any contact with this person and will turn over what I have of the conversations if you are law enforcement. I just want this predator to go away.

some say oh its because they came here illegally. they'res plenty of other countries that have people here illegally not only mexico. you expect these people to stay calm when most of you guys are saying harsh things about they're culture. no thats not happening. well i'm hispanic and i know i have no respect for people that has no respect for my culture.just say i'm a racist and don't be a two face just come out clean. i know that i really don't like Americans i say it fair and square. before i use to date white guys in my university but ever since i saw how some of your people think i rather stick to my people. this is always going to be a war of races. i hate it but its the truth.

Okay, for all you illegal supporters. Let’s pass a law which states that ANY individual can sponsor an illegal, but YOU must sign a contract which states that YOU will be responsible for ALL the illegal’s needs. If YOU fail to do so, YOU will be held liable for EVERYTHING which they do, and YOU will be deported with those who you sponsor.
If pro illegals are willing to do that, then let the entire world come here. Both the illegal and the sponsor will be deported, and the sponsor looses citizenship in the U.S.

Is it legal for university to allocate students to university accomodation on the basis of their race? Is it legal for the university to restrict a group of students to designated area? If the university is aware of the fact that ALL of the students under a package deal are of the same race, by restricting these students to a designated area, is this intentional racial segregation? Is it legal?
Restricted to a designated area means: All package deal students are only allowed in house number "this" to "that", all grouped in a small area. They are not allowed in other areas even if they requested for it or opting to pay extra. In addition to that, all the rooms in different areas has the same rental price. The rooms allocated to these students are among the smallest and least well maintained.

I have gone online and read about dozens of concentration camps that are presently empty. I have also read that these are to be used to house illegals....Does anyone have more information about this? It is so like Germany in WWII, and I desperately hope that this is just a rumor. I cannot believe that this something our country would be part of.
