Sue the CIA? Are you out of your mind? You might as well sue Dear Abby for a failure in your love life or the astrologer who does the newspaper horoscope because your day didn't go that way. What did you do? Use some CIA intel to do some insider trading? Not only would that be stupid, it would be all kinds of illegal!

Normally there are enough 'hungry' lawyers in this country that I would say 'yes' to just about any lawsuit, no matter how frivolous or stupid, but in this case I don't think there are any lawyers out there stupid enough to try and sue any member of the intelligence community, domestic or foreign, with any real expectation of success. In other words.... NO!
