A young bunny is in a cardboard box with grass and a paper towel in my room, partly covered by a shirt. I did a quick examination (I didn't want to handle it too long) and I only saw one injury, near its tail.

I don't think it's bleeding anywhere, or if it is, it's not bleeding badly.

I'm pretty sure it's in shock, but it has moved since I managed to get it away from my cat.

I have not fed it yet, because it may be too cold still, but I don't have a formula recipe. Isn't it:
2 egg whites
1 can of evaporated (or condensed?) milk
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of Kairo
?
If that's not right, if someone could give me the recipe or a URL to a helpful site, I'd be very much obliged.

I am so sick and tired of losing beloved pets! Over a 6 month period I have lost a 5 month old Siamese cat who got ranover, a 3 month old Beta fish, 2 pregnant Calico cats because they ran away to have kittens and they were ages7 months and 1 year old. A 3 month old kitten my grandma's spoiled dog chased off. 2 chickens and a 7 month old cat who died giving birth to premature kittens. What kind of animals should I get? Am I just not a animal person? I want a pet who cannot get runover or run away. Plz help me.

she wants to keep it for a pet.
Are they difficult to keep? What do you feed them? How does one go about holding one of these?

Well, of course, you can talk to your pet... I guess the better question is 'if your pet could answer back...'

i had a rat (named keagan) that when i came to feed him one day, his feet were falling off and his face was sliding off (gross, i know). i took good care of him, fed him every day, gave him water, played with him...
he was in a good cage with safe hidey-places and he "lived" with his brother. they never fought, so i know that his brother didn't hurt him. they were both 4 years old and when i got them when they were babies, they were labeled as "feeder rats". i knew that keagan was getting old, he was blind and he couldn't hear very well, but does anyone know why he started falling apart? (by the way, i got him put to sleep. i thought it was the decent thing to do.)
i just want 2 kno what happened to him.

I want to buy a rodent (something small: mouse, gerbil, etc.) I don't want anything too high matenance, just something small and friendly. I had gerbils before, and they were fun, but I want something different, maybe a mouse. Any suggestions?
