The cow needs to produce colostrum for her calf.
You cannot drink the milk for the first 5 days. Either toss the milk or use it to feed the calf.

Cows also need a dry period to build up nutrients before calving. Length of the dry period depends on the cows milk production and body size.
30-40 days dry for fatter, low milkers
60-70 days dry for thinner high milkers.

you should still milk your cow even if your not going to drink it so that the milk doesn't dry up because if you don't then when she has her baby then she won't have any milk left.

i would stop because the stress during labor is very high. most people do not milk during the pregnancy either because all of the cow's energy needs to go into the fetus and mantaining herself.

it would be a good idea to keep milking her so her milk does not dry up and she has plenty for her calf. i'm not sure if you can drink it though...

There is no problem but it is advisable to stop to allow for some rest period before the delivery.
