I have a pair of large boobies but I was thinking of taking them back to the exotic pet shop because they eat an awful lot of fish but I don't know if I want to buy a smaller pair of boobies because they don't look as grandiose.

can dogs be "declawed" ? two puppies will not let me trim their nails- they are growing under- groomer cannot work with them-or refuses- they had been traumitized abd will not let anyone close with clippers

Have a 55 gl. tank. Did almost a 100% water change last night due to a green/white murkiness. Tank is pretty clear now, with exception to a slight white haze. Added CYCLE, stress coat, & aquarium salt. Also changed the filters.

Questions....thinking about purchasing another double Whisper filter to aid in filtration....will this aid in keeping water clear? Will it harm my fish?

So confused as to when and how much as far as "partial-water changes" . How often, and how much (in gallons) for a tank of my size?

Can't seem (even with the water change) to get my PH above 6.5. Tap water tests at a beautiful 7.0. Why is it different in my tank?

I've discovered that "water clarifiers" do not work for cloudy tanks.... How can they stay in business with such an ineffective product???

Hi, I haven't ridden in like 15 yrs. but I'm about to start again. My last pair of boots were Tony Lama ropers. Since I'm a little outta touch after so long I'm wondering what does everyone wear now. Lace ups, plain ropers, Ariats, Justins, etc. ?

We had so about a month and half. I cant get him to potty train. We constantly kept taking him out and not even a half hour after he has an accident. Plus he always jumping on people. We cant get to stop doing that. Right now we keep him out in the yard but it getting cold and I feel bad when he out all day.

She wont eat what i give her. She will eat a couple of bites and then she doesnt eat anymore. Shes only 4 months old. I just got her a week ago, she loves me to death, I will give her little bones for her teeth, and she will eat those, and she will eat treats, but she doesnt like to eat the food i give her. I also rarely ever see her drinking. Do they not eat alot? I need answers, because she needs to eat!!! Also, it's not the same food that she was being fed at the ladys house I got her from, I cant seem to find the stuff that she was being fed, so i wanted her to adapt to something that is avaiable, I actually have botten her 2 different kinds of foods, and she doesnt like either of them. Please help!

I always leave water out for my cat but how often should I completely spill it and wash the bowl and put new water in?? Is it okay to just add more water for a while... not sure. Right now I'm constantly washing the bowl but is it okay to leave it for a few days and just refill??

I have a 7 year old bird, but I've only had her since august, shes been great all this time but recently, shes been really quiet lately, and sleeping alot.
and also recently she has started to shed alot of feathers, like when i pet her a couple just fall off!


my friend told me that birds go through a phase where they shed all their feathers and grow new ones, is this true?

Why do people have several huge dogs in small places where they can't truly be a dog, and why do who love cats set 20-40 cats loose in a house and never clean up their feces?
It seems to me if someone was truly an animal lover, they would not be so selfish, and would consider the animals happiness before their own. Bunnies in cages, and dogs on chains never look very satisfied with their lives to me. Maybe some people claim they are.... but they sure don't look it.

Indians keep geting their MORBID Gloom on these beautiful inteligent birds by slaughtering them also they try to identify them selves with it. I get sick at the idea of a indian with a feather. Most indians draw pictures of them selves like in arizona as being a bug with a stem cell injector fluke trans forming themselves from a bug into a Indian. I dont want no bug man after my bird National symbol or not.

ok heres the deal my brother owns a dog (mix dont know exactly what he is) and i dont like dogs much prefer other animals but as i was in the backyard yesterday i notice he seemed so happy to see me so i got closer (thing i hadn't done in the longest time)...his water was dirty had very little food looks very skiny to his age and notice his claws are enormous he is tied up in a corner and nor my bro or sis-in-law pay much attention to him dont think he even has a leash to take him to walk i thought of asking my brother to sell his dog to me yesterday as seeing this broke my heart but this dog is somewhere about 10mo to 1yr old dont know exactly .....is this too late to train a dog and giving him a good home.....ohhh not to mention he had all kinds of bugs on him and his poo was all over the place meaning they dont even clean after him....

My cat recently died a horrible painful death after surgery to fix his kidney stones. The vet said it was the cat food. Purina Indoor Cat Formula has apparently been killing cats off left and right so if you are feeding it to your cat STOP! Use a cat food with no artificial colors. Just want to keep any more cats from suffering needlessly.

I have a little kitten I mean she isn't that little she is about 6 months old and at the place we got her from she would use the litter box, but at home she will go to the bathroom in the bathroom she has the right idea but I am getting tired of cleaning up her messes in the bathroom, We tried isolating her in a bathroom by herself with just a litter box and food and water and she had accidents on the floor the first day or so and then she started to go to the bathroom in her litter box she was isolated for a week and then we let her out thinking she would use her box and she is still going in the bathroom again, I am getting to aggrivated, we do have two other cats but they use another litter box and she has her own by where she likes to hang out at and the other cats leave her box alone but she wont use it but she did when she was isolated for a week I don't understand anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix this problem

Ok this is weird to me, My dog has this toy that was lost for a couple months and we found it on Saturday. Well ever since then she has been shaking real bad and crying. She will not go or do anything with out this toy. Is she sick or what else can be wrong? She also is not eating and not very active anymore.
