I have had a lot of cats, this answer is pretty simple, a cat can stay pregnant for up to six to eight weeks it goes by much faster than a humans pregnancy. But is still just as complicated.A Cat has just as many complications as a human also,It is best if someone is there during delivery, one of our cats was having kittens and when she got to the third one it was dead,my sister started rubbing it lightly and holding his head cupped between her hands breathing into its nose and mouth and luckily revived it.Needless to say his name was lucky.
